Enterprise & Technology Centre and has ambitious plans for growth.
Sonru.com developed its award-winning automated video interview tool to significantly reduce both time and cost resources for
companies undertaking recruitment. The product aims to disrupt the established methodology of traditional interviews and Sonru.com believes that many first round screening interviews will be conducted using automated video interview tools in future. Their product is currently being used across the world in many different languages and high profile clients include LinkedIn, Paddy Power,Eircom and Saongroup.com.
The company was also supported by InterTradeIreland through its Acumen programme to increase sales in Northern Ireland and is taking part on its Innova programme, to undertake a collaborative R&D project with ION Technology in Belfast to further develop its product. InterTradeIreland is actually utilising the Sonru.com video interview system to assist with the recruitment of its 2011 graduate placements.
