Paul Kerley, keynote speaker at the 2011 conference.  Paul is founder and former CEO of Norkom Technologies, the leading provider of financial crime and compliance solutions to the global financial services industry.  Paul successfully led the recent acquisition of Norkom Technologies by BAE Systems for €217 million.


The tenth InterTradeIreland Venture Capital Conference took place in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Dublin on 7th April 2011.  Held in association with Kernel Capital, the event brought together 270 attendees from across business with investors who have access to over €250 million available for new ventures. The main focus of the event was to assist companies to build world class venture backed businesses.

Our annual conference is the largest single gathering of venture capitalists and business angels on the island of Ireland every year.

If you are an early stage company, the conference gives you a unique opportunity to meet potential investors, understand what they are looking for and learn from other entrepreneurs that have already secured finance.

Last year active investors with access to over £275,000 worth of funds attended.

The sessions simulate the real life investment process so you get the chance to test your pitch and get expert feedback before you attempt the real thing. At the event you will get invaluable one-to-one, practical advice from each panel member and a recording of your presentation and feedback.
