ABC Nutrition has recently been awarded 2011 Exporter of the Year at the Irish Exporters Association Awards for its impressive performance in export markets with its range of sports nutrition and other health nutrition products.  Through InterTradeIreland's FUSION programme, Shannon based ABC Nutrition hired graduate Laura Fahey who helped them to develop their overseas business.  To find out more view the press release

This month's Company Profile - inphoActive

Through InterTradeIreland’s FUSION programme, Belfast company inphoActive was partnered together with University College Dublin (UCD) and business graduate Lynsey Hughes to undertake an innovation project.

Using mobile technology, the company has dramatically reduced costs and increased efficiencies in paper administration functions in these departments in areas such as inspection forms, patient records, audits, service sheets and case note recording.

Through FUSION, the company developed an innovative new product for the healthcare sector and Lynsey Hughes has now a permanent position with inphoActive having joined as a graduate through the programme.
