The two key objectives of InterTradeIreland's Science, Technology & Innovation strategy are:

1. the development of new programmes, partnerships and networks, delivered by InterTradeIreland in conjunction with strategic partners, through which the island's business and scientific knowledge and expertise can be shared and exploited to create business value

        2.  To intensify North/South STI policy collaboration as a means to creating a supportive                            environment in which business partnerships and networks can flourish
              and be competitive

These objectives will be achieved through a programme of all-island research and initiatives together with increased policy collaboration and facilitation with key stakeholders in both jurisdictions.
