Willie Maxwell
Programme Director
Willie H Maxwell is principal of Wellmax Management Consultants Ltd and is Programme Director of the InterTradeIreland Acumen programme. Willie has been involved with Acumen since 1996 and has seen the programme develop from being a single product intervention to becoming the all island multi layered offering it is today. Willie leads the Acumen team and he is fortunate to be supported by a talented team spread from Belfast to Cork.
Born in Tipperary he naturally supports Tipperary hurling but having gone to school and played his schoolboy rugby in Dublin he is a devoted Leinster Rugby Supporter. This does not go down well in Tipperary or Limerick but he has developed a thick skin and anyway the prospect of a second Heineken cup this year makes the taunts bearable.
Willie is a past President of the Rotary club of Dublin Fingal. He also is chairman of the Board of Governors of his old alma mater The Kings Hospital School in Dublin.
