About this presentation: The Wartsila Corporation is a major worldwide supplier of heavy engineering equipment and power supplies. The challenge for Wartsila is to balance customer satisfaction through service level availability while keeping the financials and cost structures at a satisfactory level.
Mr. Lynch’s presentation will cover:

•Re-engineering the Parts Process
•Maximizing availability and On-time delivery in the supply chain
•Minimizing inventories and distribution costs
•Designing a model
•Getting the influencers on board

About the speaker: Donal Lynch joined Wartsila just over two years ago having spent a large part of his career with ABB in various roles, mainly in the Logistics and Materials Management areas.
In his current position he leads the Spare Parts Supply Chain challenge for the Service Division which accounts for more than 60% of service revenues. The position has a global challenge with many operational and cultural elements to embrace.
