Presented by the MSI Consultancy, this Market Focused New Product Development workshop will focus on 4 key areas: Optimal NPD Focus, Identifying Winning Products, Identifying & Reaching the Target Market, and Forecasting Product Potential.

This workshop is aimed at individuals, organisations, institutions and agencies who are looking to improve their understanding of:

- Customers and their needs
- If R&D is creating (added) value for customers
- What a winning product looks like
- If there is market potential before you start product development
- How to realise the potential of new developments

Workshop Leaders:
The workshop will be presented by Nigel Thompson (MSI, Head of Insight, who has held Director positions in brand and new product development for a number of blue chip consumer and healthcare companies) and Alex Blyth (MSI Consultant, specialising in applying a scientific value-based approach to developing successful new products).

The workshop will feature a number of interactive sessions and will also offer many networking opportunities.
