ELUPEG European Plenary

Details : ELUPEG (European Logistics Users, Providers and Enablers Group) and InterTradeIreland invite you to join us on the 23rd November for the final ELUPEG meeting of 2005.
The meeting hosted by InterTradeIreland is in the wonderful setting of Belfast Castle.

Together with InterTradeIreland, ELUPEG has completed one collaborative project successfully and is about to embark on a second one to reduce distribution costs and improve competitiveness within, and to and from the Island of Ireland.

The agenda is attractive to all. We have a new and exciting structure to include 3 new workshops. This is your opportunity to participate in the collaborative projects that are rapidly moving towards success;

• Hear about how the Ireland projects are moving to their next phases and get the benefit of the knowledge gained from real collaboration work

• Use the opportunity to find solutions to the cost implications of WEEE and Waste Packaging laws - two very imminent pieces of law that are going to substantially increase supply chain costs

• Are you interested in collaborative purchasing

• We will be looking to advance the current Geographical Collaboration clusters (Ireland, GB, Russia, and Italy) and preparing to add further area to these.

We will also have a wide attendance from the Irish business community who will be looking to put their enthusiasm for collaboration into practice with the ELUPEG experience.
