Details : This workshop is aimed at introducing your company to the basic mapping tools for Lean Analysis. It will help you to understand when and how various mapping tools could be used. It is an opportunity to obtain a grounding on learning-to-see mapping.

The workshop will help you learn how mapping can be the basis of lean transformation of the various activities with the enterprise.
