taking place at the IBEC Offices, Baggot St, Dublin on Tuesday, 31st of
October at 9.30am.
'Driving Growth and Innovation' has been conceived and developed by the MSI
Consultancy, a specialist healthcare consultancy, in conjunction with
BioMedIreland and will focus on:

* Build a Target Product Profile (TPP) for winning your target customer.
Assess your products commercial potential against the TPP to guide
go/adapt/kill
decisions.
This workshop is for you, if you are:
* A commercial manager, director or entrepreneur, or someone who is
looking to commercialise new technologies or assist in driving business
growth
* Working in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a health related
industry
* Looking to improve growth and innovation in your organisation
The workshop will be presented by Julian Trimming and Alex Blyth from MSI.
Julian has over 25 yrs experience in healthcare in both pharmaceuticals and
medical devices in a variety of roles, including sales, marketing,
international marketing and organisational management. He has held
positions including Managing Director - CIBA Vision UK, Head of Global
Marketing - Novartis Opthalmics.
Alex is a Marketing Sciences Consultant who specialises in applying
innovative techniques that identify optimal strategies for driving growth
and innovation. He is a former Business Leader for Medical Technologies at
Cambridge Consultants/ ADL, and founder of a multi-million pound software
company (now Touch plc) and health related companies.
The workshop will feature a number of interactive sessions and will also
offer many networking opportunities.
